With a big mid week trip to Barcelona for PSG, Carlo Ancelotti rested some of his big players like David Beckham, Ezequiel Lavezzi and Javier Pastore. But PSG still managed to get all three points on the road at Rennes. A fantastic individual effort from Jeremy Menez opened the scoring for PSG and Zlatan Ibrahimovic added a second to secure the points and help PSG maintain their lead over Olympique Marseille.
